“My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.” (John 4:34) We all know the saying “you are what you eat,” so what do we eat spiritually? Are we constantly eating the fruits of the spirit having a heavy meal of love and obedience to our Father? Or are we eating sin, constantly feeding our flesh to its every desire and feeling? May we bear the fruits of righteousness and feed on His will instead of eating our own works and feelings which lead solely to death and enmity with God. (Hebrews 12:2).
