We are so incredibly excited to see God building His kingdom in supernatural ways we never thought possible! From a 2,000 seat church facility in Mexico City to the complete special needs children’s home in Ensenada, Jesus us doing miracles daily here in Mexico. This summer, the Bible College hoped to expand the Chapel to seat 120 students, which also serves as the main classroom. The numbers were put together for what was required. The first step was forms and rebar, the cost was $450 and a donation came in for the exact amount! The next step was to pour the concrete for the floor. A special offering came in for $1,100 and the cost of the concrete was $1,107! A donation came in from the blue for $2,000 and the framing cost was, you guessed it, $2,004!
Next, for our annual pastor’s conference in southern Mexico, we were trying to figure out how to get a team of students down there to visit the churches. And from nowhere somebody wanted to donate a 2003, 15 passenger van, with only 47,000 miles on it! The team was able to lead people to Christ at the church in Mazatlan and Mexico City as well as serving in Hermosillo, Bahia de Kino, Gualdalajara, and serving all the meals to the pastors and leaders at the conference in Queretaro.
Another area we have seen the supernatural hand of God is in finding partners to help with the partial scholarships for the students that come from extreme poverty. We have 45 students signed up for next semester and we still have 3 weeks to go with the people signing up as I write this!
These students are so “on fire” for Jesus and it is simply contagious hanging around them. The Spirit is working powerfully, raising up a new generation of young people who are blazing a path for the work of the Lord to expand!!
I so appreciate you believing God with us over the years to see this nationwide work of God multiply and be blessed. As missionaries, we treasure every prayer and gesture of love. The battle rages for human souls, but together we have the victory!!! Thank you so much!!
