When we pray, we address God as “our Father in heaven”. We don’t approach God’s throne without reverence, we must come to Him with high esteem, great respect, total adoration and utmost honor because Jesus is the Almighty God. Our earthly parents are limited in their capabilities and abilities to provide and meet both our spiritual and physical needs. However, Jesus is our true and living God who is loving and compassionate, granting us grace and mercy in our times of need. God’s love is unconditional and unlimited. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres. God’s love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:7-8). Our Lord hears us as we cry out to Him and Jesus delivers us out of all our troubles (Psalm 34:17).
